Tim Meyer, Ph.D.
Tim Meyer is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organization (ISTO) of LMU Munich School of Management.
He holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University, as well as master’s degrees in engineering from RWTH Aachen and Tsinghua University.
His research focuses on how digital platforms affect the performance and competitive relationships of companies, and how digital platforms can benefit from the products and services that complementors make available on them. He studies these questions across various settings, such as news media, the hotel industry and digital currencies.
