Sebastian Geiger

Sebastian Geiger is currently a Ph.D. student at the Institute for Strategy, Technology , and Organization (ISTO) at the Munich School of Management of LMU Munich. He holds a M.A. HSG in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from LMU Munich.

His research focuses on firm strategy and organization design to tackle grand societal challenges and do good while simultaneously pursuing a commercial goal. Specifically, he investigates new ways of organizing (e.g., societal platforms) to effectively manage a dual mission and foster collective action.
